Unfortunately because of our new location we had to have a different realtor for the buying. Lisa was there every step of the way, super professional, great presentation and explanation when we first met by going over every step of the selling process and also asking her clients what we expected from her. She quickly assessed my needs and desires, and helped me to navigate through an extreme sellers market with little housing stock in my price range. She introduced me to a good mortgage broker and lawyer who took over after the bid was accepted. When the appraisal came in lower than the purchase price, she helped to negotiate a lower price, and kept the deal alive. She also lives in the area, and has been helpful in identifying local services and vendors that are vetted. I would recommend her without reservation!

I had 2 lists, a must have list and would be nice to have list. Lisa understood and only showed me or told me about homes that at least fulfilled my must haves. I have to say when ever I wanted to see a house she knew immediately if it was something I would like. She knew about the area's and whether or not I would want to live there. I know she worked hard to get us the house we wanted, and helped in the negotiation process.
